KVKK Information Notice
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, this notice explains, in our capacity as data controller, how your personal data is processed. It covers the data you share through the quote and contact forms.

Personal Data Processed
We process identity data (name), contact data (phone, e-mail) and any description you send with your enquiry. The page the form was sent from is also recorded.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to answer your enquiry, arrange a survey appointment, prepare a quotation and carry out contractual processes.
The legal basis is that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, together with the legitimate interest of the data controller. This assessment still has to be confirmed by a legal adviser.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the hosting and e-mail providers we use to run the service. Some of those providers process data outside Türkiye.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
You can send applications to info@pergolaviva.com. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.

- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the law
- To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer loss because the data was processed unlawfully
