The Two Main Roof Systems
Pergola Viva is a company based in Kepez, Antalya, that has been making bioclimatic pergolas and motorised pergola awnings for more than ten years. On-site measurement, 3D design, manufacturing and installation are all carried out by our own team; we have completed over 550 projects to date.
Which system suits you depends on whether the space will also be used in winter, and on your budget. If you want full protection from rain and year-round use, the bioclimatic pergola is right; if economical shading is enough, the motorised pergola awning is the better choice.
Bioclimatic Pergola
The aluminium louvres in the roof rotate through 0–105°. Open, they let air and light through; closed, they interlock into a fully watertight surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the survey chargeable in Antalya?
No. In central Antalya and the surrounding districts the on-site survey, measurement and 3D design are free. If you do not approve the quotation, nothing is owed. In the more distant districts we group appointments so that surveys in the same area are done together.
Which system suits my terrace?
The decisive question is whether the space will also be used in winter. If shade and rain protection are all you need, a bioclimatic pergola fits. If you are after more economical shading, a motorised pergola awning is the choice. If the space is to be heated in winter, the sides need to be closed with glass systems.
Are your products under warranty?
Yes. The system as a whole carries a 2-year warranty. The motor and mechanical parts, the louvres or fabric, and the powder coating are covered for 5 years. Installation workmanship is covered separately. Warranty terms can vary by product; the figures are stated in the specification table on each product page.
Do you manufacture in your own workshop?
Yes. We manufacture in our own workshop in Kepez, Antalya, and install with our own team. We use no subcontractors. That keeps both production quality and after-installation support in one pair of hands.
Is building permission required for a pergola?
Demountable pergolas and shading systems usually do not require building permission. Site management rules, the planning status and the nature of the space are decisive, however. If an enclosed, insulated volume is being created, we recommend checking with the municipality; we look at this together during the survey.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the system, the dimensions and the ground conditions. A standard residential terrace installation is usually finished in one to two days. The exact duration is stated in the quotation after the survey.
