About Us
Pergola Viva has been manufacturing bioclimatic pergolas, glass enclosures and shading systems for more than ten years. We run every stage from measurement to installation with our own team, and we manufacture in our own workshop.
What We Do
We manufacture outdoor shading and glass enclosure systems. Our range runs from systems that cover the top (bioclimatic pergola, rolling roof, motorised pergola awning) to systems that close the sides (sliding glass, folding glass, guillotine glass, zip screens).
Winter gardens and terrace enclosures are the comprehensive solutions built by combining those systems as the need requires. Which one suits you depends on how you want the roof and the glass to open, and on when the space will be used.
How We Manufacture and Install
We manufacture in our own workshop. Profiles are cut, the surface treatment is applied and the system is prepared in the workshop before it goes to site. Installation is carried out by our own team.
Systems are made from aluminium profiles with an electrostatic powder-coated finish. The glass and profile section are chosen for the span, the safety requirement and the selected model.
Every project is designed separately: profile section, connection details and anchor type are calculated against ground conditions, span, and wind and snow loads.
From First Contact to Handover
1. Measurements, photos or a video call
You send measurements and photos, or we go through the space together on a video call: ground condition, mounting points and local wind load.
2. 3D design
A three-dimensional visual is prepared from the measurements. Colour, column positions and lighting layout are settled before installation. If you do not approve the quotation, nothing is owed.
3. An itemised quotation
Materials, automation, side enclosure and installation are shown as separate lines in a quotation prepared for your project.
4. Manufacturing
After approval, profiles are cut, the surface treatment is applied and the system is prepared in our workshop.
5. Installation and handover
Installation is done by our own team. Before handover the movement mechanism, the drainage and the automation are tested, and we brief you on operating the system.
Warranty and After-Sales
Warranty scope and periods are stated per product and component in the written quotation and the warranty document.
The warranty applies provided the system is used in line with its operating instructions.
After-sales support is handled by the team that installed your system, so you reach the same people with any technical need. We also offer periodic maintenance.
Where We Work
We manufacture every system to your measurements, ship it and install it with our own team, wherever the project is.
For projects abroad, transport and travel for our installation team appear as separate items in the quotation, so you can see exactly what you pay for.
